Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange most unused and undamaged items within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used items, custom-made pieces, or items damaged due to customer negligence.

Return Process

  • In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
  • We will then provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

  • Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds
