Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- You may return or exchange most unused and undamaged items within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used items, custom-made pieces, or items damaged due to customer negligence.
Return Process

- In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
- We will then provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your packing slip.
- Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase.
